Carissa joined Hella after decades of working in customer-focused roles and came to Hella Home Solutions through a connection to another team-member (Thanks, Rocky!). She was drawn to the meaningful work of helping people through life’s big transitions. Her favorite part of the process is seeing clients settle into their new home, knowing every detail was arranged with care.
She brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a sense of humor, always aiming to make the journey a little lighter and more enjoyable. She values the relationships formed with both clients and co-workers.
Outside of work, Carissa loves spending time with her husband and four kids, going outdoors to watch birds, kayak, garden or enjoy the ocean, and working on DIY projects around the house.
Favorite tip: Don't hesitate to hold on to your most meaningful keepsakes, even if others might not understand their purpose.

Rylee brings a mix of creativity, compassion, and practicality to the Hella Home Solutions team. With experience running her own resell business and currently pursuing a master’s in social work, Rylee is passionate about helping others—especially older adults—and hopes to work in hospice care one day.
She’s a natural at organizing and project management, always finding fresh perspectives and smart solutions to keep things running smoothly.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Rylee building something new in her woodworking projects, catching a good movie, or exploring the great outdoors on her next adventure.
Favorite Tip: If you don’t use it, toss it—but if it makes you happy, keep it!”

Lori joined Hella Home Solutions after a chance connection with another team member sparked her interest in the meaningful work of helping homeowners downsize and transition with ease. As a transition specialist, she brings empathy, organization, and humor to every project.
Her greatest strength is helping clients make clear, confident decisions about what to keep and what to let go of—always with calm encouragement and positivity.
When she’s not working, Lori enjoys playing tennis, listening to podcasts, and spending time with friends and family.
Favorite Tip: Start small—choose a manageable space to begin and finish it. That sense of accomplishment will keep you motivated to get the job done.
