OPERATIONS MANAGER

Carissa joined Hella after decades of working in customer-focused roles and came to Hella Home Solutions through a connection to another team-member (Thanks, Rocky!). She was drawn to the meaningful work of helping people through life’s big transitions. Her favorite part of the process is seeing clients settle into their new home, knowing every detail was arranged with care. 

She brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a sense of humor, always aiming to make the journey a little lighter and more enjoyable. She values the relationships formed with both clients and co-workers. 

Outside of work, Carissa loves spending time with her husband and four kids, going outdoors to watch birds, kayak, garden or enjoy the ocean, and working on DIY projects around the house.
